Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day facility and safety operations for the warehouse premises.
  • •Ensure availability and reliability of essential services (electrical systems, DG, UPS, HVAC, STP/WTP, fire protection, lighting, plumbing, and building infrastructure).
  • •Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to avoid business disruption and monitor facility OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
  • •Manage AMC and vendor contracts (including RFP/RFI/RFQ, SOW, due diligence, and commercial negotiations) and track vendor performance.
  • •Develop facility and administration SOPs; coordinate statutory inspections/renewals and ensure compliance with HSSE and audits.

  • •Graduation/engineering degree with 5-7 years of experience in warehousing and real estate.
