Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, maintain, and administer SAP HANA databases across development, QA, and production; manage schema, tables, and database objects.
  • •Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize queries using execution plan analysis.
  • •Implement backup strategies (full, incremental, differential) and design, test, and execute disaster recovery for high availability.
  • •Plan and execute HANA upgrades, patches, migrations, and support SAP application upgrades and data migrations to HANA.
  • •Enforce database security and compliance by managing access, roles, and privileges; conduct audits and maintain technical documentation/runbooks.

Salary: USD 107,300 - 230,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of database administration experience, including at least 5 years with SAP HANA.
  • •Proven expertise in SAP HANA database architecture, administration, and optimization.
  • •Experience implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • •Proficiency with HANA installation, configuration, and management, plus strong SQL scripting and query tuning skills.
  • •Active TS/SCI+ poly clearance and U.S. citizenship; onsite 100% requirement.
