Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as BIM Lead Verifier and ensure compliance with BIM Execution plan and BIM standards.
  • •Coordinate project BIM models and deliverables to meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • •Gatekeeper of all incoming and outgoing model and drawing information; manage submissions and QA/QC.
  • •Initiate and manage projects in BIM360 and support the delivery phase.
  • •Guide and manage junior staff; organize work to achieve deadlines and stay updated on new software/techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience in drawing / modelling of concrete and steel structures.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling.
  • •BIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil / Structural Engineering.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks; Dynamo / Grasshopper / Python.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
