Job Summary

Develop and customize PTC Windchill and ThingWorx solutions, including Windchill PDM Link, XML and database programming. Build ThingWorx Connected Work Cell (CWC) for shop-floor experiences, digital work instructions, mashups, services, and OData integrations. Publish approved manufacturing data from Windchill to Infor LN ERP and CWC (mBOM, process plans, routing, tooling, feedback, deviations) while integrating with AWS IoT Connector and supporting PLM processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead PTC Windchill and ThingWorx development and customizations, including Java-based Windchill work and PDM Link customization.
•Implement ThingWorx Connected Work Cell (CWC), configure digital work instructions, and design shop-floor operator experiences.
•Develop ThingWorx mashups and services, including integration interfaces for production execution, feedback capture, deviation management, and status updates.
•Publish and synchronize approved manufacturing data from Windchill to Infor LN ERP and ThingWorx CWC (mBOM, process plans, routing, tooling, work instructions, feedback, deviations).
•Integrate ThingWorx with Windchill and other systems using AWS IoT Connector and OData services; support user management and Active Directory services.

Key Requirements

•8 to 10 years of experience in ThingWorx and PTC Windchill customization.
•Deep expertise in ThingWorx development, including ThingWorx suite (Navigate, foundation, flow) and Connected Work Cell (CWC) implementation.
•Strong Java skills with enterprise integrations, including Java-based Windchill customizations and Windchill modules knowledge.
•Experience integrating ThingWorx with Windchill and 3rd-party systems (e.g., ERP), including OData services and reporting.
•Hands-on knowledge of PLM concepts such as BOM/EBOM/MBOM, part/document management, and configuration/requirements management.
