Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the Future of Ads Identity: Develop/employ probabilistic models for identity resolution and link on-platform and off-platform actions to maximize addressability while preserving privacy.
  • •Advance Lift Methodologies & Experimentation: Own the statistical rigor behind Brand and Conversion Lift, and build infrastructure for large-scale, low-bias testing for advertisers.
  • •Maximize Signal for Predictive Performance: Define strategy for new signal sources and quantify their value to improve bidding efficiency and ROAS.
  • •Define Ground Truth & Evaluation Frameworks: Create objective functions and truth sets to train models and measure the impact of the identity graph.
  • •Lead Through Cross-Functional Influence: Mentor others and drive alignment with engineering, product, and sales on modeling, experimentation, and measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research
