Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and ongoing management of the Infrastructure Department’s strategic direction and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • •Coordinate and manage interfaces across strategic projects spanning multiple programmes, teams, departments, and external partners.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including regulators, airlines, and government bodies) to align infrastructure strategies and project goals.
  • •Provide regular project updates to senior management and track CEO objectives with monthly progress reporting.
  • •Support project ideation, concept development, feasibility assessment, and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Planning.
  • •5+ years of experience in infrastructure or aviation consultancy.
  • •Experience working in a large, complex organisation, preferably on infrastructure projects.
  • •Understanding of working in an aviation environment (beneficial, not essential).
  • •Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including regulators and statutory authorities, with a focus on improving processes and relationships.
