Job Summary

Help merchants integrate, launch, and operate Payoneer Checkout by providing second-level technical support. Troubleshoot payment gateway, API, plugin, and checkout issues; assist with API integrations, webhooks, and platform configurations; and analyze transaction flows to identify root causes. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to resolve complex technical cases, support feature rollouts, and ensure timely incident communications.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Support merchants during the integration phase and go live with Payoneer Checkout (API, SDK, webhook, payment flow design).
•Troubleshoot and resolve payment gateway, API, plugin, and checkout related issues.
•Assist merchants with API integrations, webhooks, and platform configurations.
•Analyze transaction flows and payment issues to identify root causes and provide solutions or escalations.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams; support feature rollouts and ensure timely incident handling communications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
•Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
•Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, CORS, cookies, JSON/XML).
•Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•Customer-centric mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Experience:FintechE-commercePayment gateway support
