Job Summary

As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2), you’ll maintain clients’ IT infrastructure by proactively monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents and requests within SLAs. Manage work queues and keep tickets updated, investigate and log issues early, and audit ticket quality. Execute changes with risk mitigation, support change management documentation, handle client escalations, and assist with disaster recovery tests and automation improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore services.
•Manage work queues and address incidents and requests within agreed SLAs while updating tickets with actions taken.
•Identify, analyze, and log issues before they escalate; recommend improvements to maintain service quality.
•Execute changes with risk mitigation and contribute to change management with detailed documentation.
•Handle client escalations and support disaster recovery functions and tests when necessary.

Key Requirements

•Moderate-level experience in managed services roles supporting cross-technology infrastructure.
•Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Familiarity with ITIL processes, including experience working with vendors and third parties.
•Ability to plan activities and projects while accounting for changing circumstances.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
