Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and execute RippleX Capital Markets strategy, setting priorities and positioning XRPL for institutional capital markets applications.
  • •Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks, investment firms, financial market infrastructure providers, and other capital markets institutions to drive adoption.
  • •Identify and pursue new business development opportunities between traditional capital markets and blockchain, extending the XRPL ecosystem into institutional finance.
  • •Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements with senior executives, managing the full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to develop capital markets use cases and solutions aligned to product-market fit.
