Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team by identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • •Engage assigned team with coaching, development, and performance management; provide clear expectations, performance measures, and goals.
  • •Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and partner to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs correctly the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays in production.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.
