Key Responsibilities

•Complete CSAP training at the Bedfont Lakes hub (Months 1–3 bootcamp; Months 3–12 rotational assignments) with quarterly competency checkpoints.
•Build AI skills to design technical solutions and improve strategic decision-making using advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence.
•Collaborate with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to connect technical requirements to business outcomes.
•Upon program completion, transition into an Inside Account Executive role in Riyadh to drive customer outcomes and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
•Develop customer-solution storytelling and negotiation skills to deliver win-win outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Recent under- or postgraduate degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience through apprenticeships or vocational programs, with up to 2 years of professional experience.
•Fluent in English and Arabic.
•Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
•Willing to relocate to Bedfont Lakes (London) for the 12-month training.
•Demonstrate strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and creative problem solving (encouraged from non-traditional backgrounds).
