Key Responsibilities

•Set and lead a research agenda and portfolio focused on agentic interactions, trust, and automation in commerce.
•Translate research insights into strategic recommendations that influence roadmaps and UX patterns.
•Conduct studies with buyers and sellers interacting with AI agents and analyze resulting experiential moments.
•Triangulate behavioral data, consumer trends, and primary research to develop a clear point of view.
•Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and partner teams to ensure user needs drive decision-making and mentor other researchers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 215,000 annually

•Strong POV on human-agent interaction, including trust, clarity, and delegation across multi-turn experiences.
•Understanding of how consumer trust and adoption of AI are evolving and how to incorporate those signals into research planning and recommendations.
•Comfort operating across different levels, from hands-on execution to shaping org-level direction.
•Experience developing a research roadmap that sequences inquiries and explains prioritization to partners.
