Accounting Specialist

Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable by compiling and maintaining AR/AP, Collections, and invoicing reports. Assist with General Ledger entries, invoice distribution, and creating/maintaining receivable statements and documentation. Monitor unpaid invoices by contacting customers and issuing collection letters, while performing data entry, applying payments, and ensuring transaction accuracy. Coordinate with the Accounting Manager and may help with banking communications and related accounting administrative tasks.
