Job Summary

Mechanical BIM Engineer supporting the India-Finland MEP team, responsible for delivering high-quality 3D BIM models and detailed mechanical designs for building projects. Develops construction drawings, performs clash detection, and collaborates with engineers in Finland and India to support integrated project delivery using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Location: Noida

Workplace: Hybrid

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare MEP 3D BIM coordinated models and detailed drawings to regulatory standards
•Conduct clash detection and resolve clashes across disciplines
•Create parametric BIM families and support analysis and design models
•Assist design/bid teams with 3D visualizations and 4D modeling
•Prepare quantities from the 3D model for BoQ and participate in design peer reviews

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience
•Experience delivering international projects across all stages, from concept to construction
•Strong working knowledge of BIM software packages such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
•Excellent proficiency in Revit (2019 and above) including HVAC and plumbing services modeling, family/content creation, coordination with structural and MEP elements, schedules, worksets/links/visibilities, sheet setup, and collaboration
