Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive HR support and ensure HR functions are performed effectively.
  • •Interpret and communicate HR policies to associates and managers.
  • •Assist managers with employee relations, corrective actions, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action in accordance with law and bank procedures.
  • •Conduct internal investigations as assigned and assist with other HR tasks as needed.
  • •Support unemployment claims and hearing tasks, and cross-train in other generalist duties to provide backup.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus Human Resources certification; or equivalent experience/education.
  • •5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • •3+ years of FMLA and ADA administration.
  • •3+ years of employee relations experience.
  • •Strong analytical skills, excellent oral/written communication, and effective project management abilities.
