Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the architecture design and implementation of Trust & Safety data application platforms and help define architecture specifications.
  • •Optimize data application architecture to improve stability and efficiency and reduce complexity and cost across storage, computation, and service architecture.
  • •Design and implement support for data integration, offline development, real-time development, data governance, and BI analysis.
  • •Establish technical influence inside and outside the department to cultivate talents and coach the team.
  • •Improve R&D capabilities across the team and organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related discipline.
  • •Experience with software development in at least one of: C++, Python, Java.
  • •Proficiency with distributed/high-concurrency server technology stack (e.g., RPC, message queue, link tracking, service governance).
  • •Experience with big data systems and technologies such as Spark, Flink, ClickHouse, and HBase.
  • •Great communication and teamwork skills.
