Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive executive governance by designing an operating rhythm for Enterprise HR leadership meetings and accelerating decision-making.
  • •Support drafting and evolution of a multi-year HR strategy with alignment across the enterprise.
  • •Define and own key metrics for organizational health and manage reporting on objectives for data-driven insights.
  • •Draft executive-ready communications, including pre-reads and synthesis of complex discussions into actionable outcomes.
  • •Identify and pilot responsible AI-enabled opportunities to improve strategic operations workflows and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,100 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Operations, Project Management, Management Consulting, HR Strategy, Chief of Staff, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience with roadmap alignment, governance structures, and change management.
  • •At least 3 years of experience working in a matrixed environment.
