Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate, communicate, and carry out the semiconductor commodity sourcing strategy for Boards and Systems Supply Chain
  • •Build cross-functional alignment with Hardware engineering to define sourcing strategies and select supply base capabilities
  • •Develop and manage supplier relationships, conduct business reviews, and improve supplier value, performance, and account investments through aligned roadmaps
  • •Negotiate Master Service Agreements, execute cost reduction strategies, and maintain lead-time and cost systems including split of business decisions
  • •Deliver supplier risk management and BOM risk reduction solutions, including materials risk mitigation and data integrity to ensure supply resiliency

Salary: USD 136,000 - 212,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in EE, Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience)
  • •MBA preferred
  • •5+ years of experience in global commodity management with a consistent record managing the semiconductor supply base
  • •Comprehensive understanding of AI hardware architecture and how electrical components work cohesively in complex systems
  • •Deep understanding of power semiconductor technology, market, manufacturing process, cost drivers, and supply landscape
