Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Apply technical expertise while proactively identifying sales opportunities to upgrade solutions.
