Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide regulatory compliance support for Mastercard’s core business across Asia Pacific in coordination with the regional team.
  • •Oversee execution of regulatory compliance processes and controls for the Asia Pacific business.
  • •Strengthen regulatory compliance infrastructure by developing, documenting, and implementing appropriate compliance processes and controls.
  • •Coordinate preparation of submissions and returns to regulators, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
  • •Conduct compliance gap analysis of internal controls and recommend and implement remedial actions and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8–10 years of qualified experience in Second Line of Defense (2LOD) regulatory compliance, including design, implementation, and oversight of controls.
  • •Demonstrated proactive, time-sensitive, results-driven approach to executing regulatory compliance programs.
  • •Strong business acumen focused on risk management and internal controls.
  • •Ability to juggle competing demands and adapt to evolving priorities, with high attention to detail for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
