Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, design, modelling, and execution of municipal servicing and land development projects for public- and private-sector clients.
•Manage multidisciplinary project teams through all stages—from concept and feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
•Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the full project lifecycle.
•Guide project approvals by collaborating with municipal authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
•Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality to ensure predictable, successful delivery.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive experience in land development and municipal infrastructure engineering.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. registration (or eligibility) in Manitoba.
•Proven success managing complex land development or municipal servicing projects.
•Strong knowledge of Manitoba municipal processes, approval pathways, and servicing standards.
•Technical experience in water, sanitary, stormwater, roadway, and site-servicing design.
