Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design, modelling, and execution of municipal servicing and land development projects for public- and private-sector clients.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary project teams through all stages—from concept and feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
  • •Build and deepen client relationships, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • •Guide project approvals by collaborating with municipal authorities, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
  • •Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality to ensure predictable, successful delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in land development and municipal infrastructure engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. registration (or eligibility) in Manitoba.
  • •Proven success managing complex land development or municipal servicing projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Manitoba municipal processes, approval pathways, and servicing standards.
  • •Technical experience in water, sanitary, stormwater, roadway, and site-servicing design.
