Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the keynote and mainstage production portfolio across North America client experiences and set a scalable approach for flagship, mid-size, and high-impact programs.
  • •Serve as executive producer for Visa Payments Forum and provide creative/production leadership across client councils, sponsorship business sessions, and specialized client forums.
  • •Translate strategic narratives into audience-first live experiences by partnering with Communications and senior business leaders on keynotes and show design.
  • •Lead production from concept through show close, personally driving creative development, technical planning, run of show creation, rehearsals, broadcast, and onsite execution.
  • •Build and lead a scalable production capability by managing and developing a team, establishing standards and tools, and aligning internal partners and external agencies/vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or at least 5 years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years leading and personally delivering keynote, mainstage, conference, executive, broadcast, or experiential productions across formats and scales.
  • •Proven success as an Executive Producer or senior production leader for flagship conferences (audiences 1,000+), including multimillion-dollar budgets, with the agility to lead smaller programs hands-on.
  • •Deep expertise in keynote and mainstage production, executive stage preparation, stagecraft, show direction, broadcast, technical production, and experiential design.
  • •Experience building production capabilities, standards, playbooks, and teams; payments/fintech/financial services/technology experience preferred.
