Key Responsibilities

  • •Review your schedule, prepare supplies and PPE, and organize for each day’s patient visits
  • •Travel to patients’ homes throughout your assigned service area to provide scheduled services
  • •Perform blood draws and collect vitals, height/weight measurements, and urine samples
  • •Support Annual Wellness Visits and deliver a warm, professional patient experience
  • •Document visits using Sprinter technology and properly label, handle, and transport specimens
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 24 - 28 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or LVN in home preferred
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and access to a personal, reliable vehicle
  • •Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with ability to drive before 7:00 a.m.
