Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain clients’ firewall infrastructures and ensure SLA compliance with zero missed conditions.
  • •Monitor client infrastructure solutions and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
  • •Provide telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support to handle incidents and service requests.
  • •Schedule maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes to optimize workflows.
  • •Follow shift handover procedures and contribute to work optimization and potential disaster recovery functions/tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry-level experience troubleshooting and supporting security, network, data centre, systems, or storage administration/monitoring services in an ICT organization.
  • •Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Strong active listening skills (paraphrasing, probing for details, not interrupting).
  • •Discipline in handling tickets daily, following defined SOPs and resolving using knowledge articles/SOPs when possible.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
