Job Summary

Join an entry-level Security Managed Services role focused on maintaining client firewall infrastructures and meeting SLA requirements with zero missed conditions. You’ll monitor client environments, investigate and resolve standard incidents and service requests via ITSM and chat/phone support, schedule maintenance activities, and maintain handover continuity. You’ll also contribute to work optimization through automation and may support disaster recovery testing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain clients’ firewall infrastructures and ensure SLA compliance with zero missed conditions.
•Monitor client infrastructure solutions and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues.
•Provide telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support to handle incidents and service requests.
•Schedule maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes to optimize workflows.
•Follow shift handover procedures and contribute to work optimization and potential disaster recovery functions/tests.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience troubleshooting and supporting security, network, data centre, systems, or storage administration/monitoring services in an ICT organization.
•Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Strong active listening skills (paraphrasing, probing for details, not interrupting).
•Discipline in handling tickets daily, following defined SOPs and resolving using knowledge articles/SOPs when possible.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
