Job Summary

Build long-term relationships with individuals and businesses by assessing financial needs and delivering plan-based advice. Drive client solutions through recommending investment and insurance products, achieving sales and referral goals, and creating a referral pipeline through internal/external centers of influence. Maintain deep knowledge of private client offerings and competition, support branch operations and teller transactions as needed, ensure compliance and documentation, and participate in branch huddles and weekend coverage as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
•Develop and maintain a private client products/services knowledge base and use it to hold meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence and documenting prospecting/calling efforts.
•Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including deposits and lending products as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support branch operations (including teller transactions), and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and overcome objections; ability to ask fact-finding questions (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and comfort with digital technology (required).
