  • •Support the Senior Designer and Head of Design through the design process, from initial concept, mood boards, and colour palettes to final product sign-off.
  • •Infuse jersey expertise into collections, focusing on fabric sourcing, wash development, techniques, trims, and superior fit.
  • •Research global street style, runway shows, and cultural shifts to keep the jersey range ahead of competitors.
  • •Collaborate with Buyers, Merchandisers, and Garment Technologists to deliver designs without compromising quality or pace.
  • •Pitch concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and passion.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of industry experience designing jersey product across the jersey fabrications spectrum.
  • •Strong understanding of jersey garment construction, with a keen eye for fabric, detail, and fit.
  • •Ability to spot emerging trends and translate them into jersey ranges (including translating from other categories like denim).
  • •Experience building graphic collections; license product development experience is desirable.
  • •Highly proficient in Procreate, Photoshop, and the latest AI digital design tools.
