Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a focal point for craft supervisors to access current standards, codes, technical publications, inspection tools, and measuring instruments.
  • •Ensure inspection forms follow standard format and are completed monthly, and maintain quality records and related codes/standards.
  • •Coordinate between facility/vessel and the administrative office on corrective action register (CAR) issue status.
  • •Help establish processes to measure non-conformances and support audit preparation and CAR closures for ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISM, and ISPS.
  • •Support quality by expediting facility issues, assisting with facility/vessel KPI measurements, and maintaining registers for ladders, below hook lift devices, CAR, training, and MSDS.
