Job Summary

Provide consulting services for industrial and public agency clients on drinking water, process water, and wastewater projects. Lead the technical quality of consulting deliverables, guide junior staff, and manage client service delivery on a project basis. Work with clients to define goals and constraints, develop treatment process approaches, assess facility performance and upgrades, support alternative delivery procurement documents, evaluations, and risk profiles. Collaborate across project teams to execute and implement projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Interface with external and internal clients to determine goals and constraints for project implementation.
•Develop concept-level treatment process approaches to satisfy client needs.
•Assess water treatment facility performance issues and identify appropriate upgrades.
•Support procurement for alternative delivery projects, including technical standards for RFI/RFQ/RFP.
•Assist with contractor proposal evaluation, negotiation support, and development of risk profiles (risk matrices and workshops).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
•7+ years’ experience in industrial, consulting, and/or research settings.
•Experience with water and wastewater projects.
•Demonstrated expertise in Reverse Osmosis treatment processes and membrane performance modeling.
•Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work independently to solve complex technical issues.
