Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.

  • •Recruit, select, orient, train, and certify progression paths for staff; provide competency-based feedback.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines while driving production capacity, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
