Job Summary

Shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences across BJAK’s financial products. You’ll design end-to-end flows from concept to production, turning requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Work closely with product managers and engineers to implement accurate designs, maintain reusable design systems and components, and continuously improve usability, accessibility, and quality across mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
•Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
•Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial products.
•Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and refine interactions for usability, accessibility, and quality.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience designing digital products.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
•Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design.
•Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
