Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Process and Equipment (M/F/D)

Optimize manufacturing processes at the Talamona shop to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing systems, perform time studies and workflow analysis, apply lean and continuous improvement practices, and develop process documentation. Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, evaluate new equipment and technologies, and serve as a technical reference while training production staff.
