•Lead end-to-end workforce operations strategy, including headcount planning, position management, and organizational design in partnership with Data Solutions leadership
•Partner with Product Management and cross-functional leadership to manage workforce pipelines, capacity planning and hiring roadmaps aligned to business priorities
•Own the full position lifecycle — from requisition creation through offer approval — ensuring process integrity and speed
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into workforce health, open headcount, and hiring progress
•Drive operational rigor around job requisition management and position lifecycle workflows in Workday

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 261,500 annually
