Senior Compensation Business Partner

Lead global compensation strategy and programs, partnering with People leadership, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to design equitable pay structures and job architecture. Own annual and off-cycle compensation planning through execution, including market analysis, budget modeling, calibration support, and executive recommendations. Serve as the primary compensation subject-matter expert, govern compensation data and governance materials, and improve workflows by leveraging AI and automation.
