Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic development and scaling of digital asset custody solutions.
  • •Act as the business owner of the custody product, covering infrastructure choices, pricing models, and market positioning.
  • •Partner with third-party custodians, sub-custodians, banks, and wallet providers to design and maintain asset flows.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature needs such as whitelisting, MPC, token support, and settlement models.
  • •Define and implement client-facing workflows (onboarding, segregation, audit, reporting), support BD pitches, and monitor regulatory/compliance requirements and custody metrics (AUC, transaction volume, SLAs).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Math, Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Prior experience in top-tier crypto or financial institutions, trading firms a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience in crypto custody, blockchain operations, or digital asset servicing.
  • •Strong understanding of wallet technologies, custody solutions, blockchain transaction mechanics, and settlement infrastructure.
  • •Familiarity with traditional finance custody controls and Web3-native custody innovations; fluent in English (Mandarin a plus).
