Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents to support dining experiences
  • •Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and keep preparation areas clean and tidy
  • •Monitor stock rotation and follow company policies, COSHH and HACPP guidelines
  • •Assist with catering for events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties
  • •Collaborate with the wider kitchen and care home teams and communicate with residents to maintain a pleasant dining environment
