Own footwear development sample quality and milestone timing within the product creation calendar. Manage development processes with Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors through all sample stages, inspect sales samples, and drive activities spanning fit approval, material/wear testing, swatch sign-off, and cost approval. Coordinate factory capacity and buying plans, review tech packages for grading/tooling readiness, and support pre-production and production to ensure on-time performance, productivity, and compliance with VF standards.
