Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage development processes with Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors across all sample stages and commercialization timelines.
  • •Inspect development and sales samples, including activities for bottoms, uppers, color-ups, fit approval, material and wear testing, swatch sign-off, and cost approval.
  • •Plan the Buy Ready process by SKU and communicate product/performance requirements to vendors.
  • •Coordinate factory capacity and material purchasing aligned with the production calendar and review tech package information for pattern grading and tooling readiness.
  • •Support pre-production and production phases, conduct Tech 2 trials, and cascade quality risks during teardown and NPI meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in product development, commercialization, pre-production, and production in footwear or related fields within a multinational company.
  • •Good command of English and strong communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • •Branded footwear experience required.
  • •Ability to manage development processes and identify product quality and integrity risks to recommend corrective actions.
