Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and lead the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits
  • •Oversee activities of multi-discipline design teams and manage procurement of process equipment and subcontractors
  • •Coordinate scheduling, value engineering/constructability reviews, cost reporting, and budget control through project life cycle
  • •Demonstrate strong commercial and construction contract experience and manage project risk
  • •Travel up to 50% may be required depending on project workload

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
  • •Preferred: 20+ years’ experience delivering engineering and construction projects in water/wastewater with DB/CMAR
  • •Ability to facilitate technical discussions and manage a diverse team
  • •Travel to other offices/sites will be required
