Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across HVAC systems on site.
  • •Diagnose faults and complete repairs, minor installation, and refurbishment works as required.
  • •Manage assigned tasks within agreed timescales and meet KPI targets while recording and submitting documentation accurately.
  • •Maintain essential health and safety standards, ensuring RAMS are in place and complying with COSHH and RIDDOR.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a City and Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning (or equivalent) and F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
  • •Have experience in the safe handling of refrigerants.
  • •Demonstrate strong practical experience in HVAC maintenance and repairs, including fault diagnosis.
  • •Comply with health and safety requirements, ensuring RAMS are in place and following COSHH and RIDDOR regulations.
  • •Hold a full UK driving licence and be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
