Key Responsibilities

•Lead workforce planning and governance to align HR policies with business goals and optimize resource allocation.
•Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention and foster an inclusive culture.
•Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees and deliver leadership development and succession programs.
•Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters and provide tailored HR solutions to meet organizational needs.
•Drive organizational development through change management and collaboration with L&D to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•Master's degree or certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are preferred
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in an HRBP position
•Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives in complex, large-scale organizations
•Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience enhancement
