Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the institutional knowledge authority for PD process standards, technical documentation, and best practices.
  • •Own mapping, documentation, and lifecycle management of SOPs and internal PD processes to keep them current and accessible.
  • •Drive standardization of ways of working across brands and regions, identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
  • •Develop and deploy technical skill frameworks for PD teams (footwear technology emphasis) and deliver training initiatives aligned to the capability roadmap.
  • •Implement enterprise frameworks as practical guidance, maintain toolkits/playbooks, and drive continuous improvement tied to capability maturity.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, process engineering, or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • •Strong understanding of product development processes and manufacturing fundamentals, including materials and construction methods.
  • •Experience with process documentation, SOP development, or knowledge systems, including mapping and lifecycle management of internal processes.
  • •Experience coaching and developing team members, and managing multi-cultural teams while influencing stakeholders globally.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools, with fluent English (written and verbal).
