Job Summary

Lead capability development for the Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization by serving as the institutional knowledge authority for PD process standards, technical documentation, and best practices. Own SOP and internal process lifecycle management, standardize ways of working across brands and regions, and coordinate technical training initiatives. Manage and coach a team, develop technical skill frameworks (footwear emphasis), and enable continuity through talent transitions using knowledge systems and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the institutional knowledge authority for PD process standards, technical documentation, and best practices.
•Own mapping, documentation, and lifecycle management of SOPs and internal PD processes to keep them current and accessible.
•Drive standardization of ways of working across brands and regions by identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
•Lead development and deployment of technical skill frameworks for PD teams (footwear emphasis) and coordinate capability roadmap-aligned training.
•Coach and develop the team, supporting onboarding and upskilling to maintain consistent baseline competency and continuity during transitions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of Product Development processes and manufacturing fundamentals.
•Experience documenting processes, developing SOPs, or building knowledge systems.
•Ability to work across functions and regions with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
•Minimum 8 years in product development, process engineering, or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
