Job Summary

Lead technical and engineering execution for the Qatar Patriot program and future Qatar LWAD efforts, owning capability roadmaps, system analysis, concept and requirements development, and hardware/software design. Establish program vision and strategy, ensure technical integrity across IPTs/CPTs, and serve as the primary technical interface to U.S. and Qatar government customers. Support EXIM compliance and integrated sustainment planning, with occasional travel (~10%).

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and manage the program vision, strategy, and goals aligned to customer needs and conflict resolution.
•Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and disciplines to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
•Serve as the primary program technical point of contact with customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program/engineering leadership.
•Provide technical advisory disposition for Export/Import (EXIM) compliance.
•Develop and maintain integrated performance and sustainment plans, including system performance with integration and test.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Experience in Patriot program (or other radar program) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment.
•Demonstrated experience supporting strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry.
