Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage the program vision, strategy, and goals aligned to customer needs and conflict resolution.
  • •Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and disciplines to cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary program technical point of contact with customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program/engineering leadership.
  • •Provide technical advisory disposition for Export/Import (EXIM) compliance.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated performance and sustainment plans, including system performance with integration and test.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date.

  • •Experience in Patriot program (or other radar program) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry.
