Sales Recruiter (Contract)

Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for Zip’s sales organization, from sourcing and screening through offer and closing. Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and ideal profiles, build a strong pipeline across multiple priority roles, and attract diverse candidates. Lead candidate evaluation and interviewing processes, manage compensation conversations and negotiation, and track recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
