Support the Tech Strategy & Architecture department reporting to the CTO by owning executive-level communication formats like the weekly Tech All-hands and the monthly Tech Newsletter, including Langdock automation. Help with strategic and operational Tech Strategy projects (e.g., metrics, security improvements, vulnerability management), coordinate contributor workflows, and support planning for kick-offs and offsites. Prepare decks, presentations, and analyses for senior stakeholders while learning how tech leadership drives strategy.

•Own the weekly Tech All-hands, managing agenda, master presentation, contributor coordination, and content feedback for 100+ participants.
•Own the monthly Tech Newsletter/all-hands recap and maintain the automated Langdock workflow that delivers key updates to employees.
•Contribute to Tech Strategy & Architecture projects, such as engineering metrics, security improvements, and vulnerability management.
•Support leadership events by helping plan and run Tech Strategy & Architecture kick-offs, offsites, and other leadership formats.
•Handle ad-hoc requests for leadership, including preparing presentations, research, and analyses for time-sensitive needs.

•Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Miro (a plus).
