Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate complex business and technical requirements into resilient, highly scalable cloud solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and modern GitOps toolsets.
  • •Lead CI/CD and GitOps standards by designing and implementing next-generation deployment pipelines and orchestration frameworks using Argo CD, Argo Events, and Argo Workflows.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and security teams to align technical roadmaps and deliver robust developer platforms.
  • •Own engineering deliverables end-to-end, from discovery and POC through production deployment, with comprehensive technical documentation in Confluence.
  • •Drive engineering excellence by using DORA and other engineering effectiveness metrics to continuously optimize platform performance, delivery speed, and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on software development, cloud systems design, and large-scale infrastructure engineering experience.
  • •Deep expertise in container orchestration and declarative GitOps tooling, specifically Argo CD, Argo Events, Argo Workflows, and Kubernetes (EKS).
  • •Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm Charts for programmatic cloud provisioning and management.
  • •Strong coding experience in Python and/or Java, with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and pytest.
  • •Comprehensive hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, RDS, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
