Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an install team member and team lead
  • •Active Maryland HVACR Journeyman License issued by the Maryland Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) Contractors (required)
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • •Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • •Follow OSHA Electrical Standard and OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard
