Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor pool and lazy river areas for guest safety and enforce posted rules.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, lazy river area, lounge chairs, towels, and surrounding amenities.
  • •Set up and arrange pool/lazy river furniture each morning and secure/store items at close.
  • •Greet guests and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • •Distribute/collect pool towels and tubes, check and log chemical levels or report issues, and assist with evening closing procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • •Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Able to stand, walk, and lift (up to 25–30 lbs) for extended periods.
  • •Reliable and punctual with a consistent 10 AM–10 PM shift, including weekends/holidays.
