Key Responsibilities

  • •Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and VIP upgrade products/experiences to general admission patrons.
  • •Handle VIP sales from pitch through payment processing and experience fulfillment.
  • •Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure a VIP experience.
  • •Anticipate VIP client needs and maintain guest satisfaction while recognizing Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP clients.
  • •Coordinate show-night operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security; execute VIP setup and maintain professional grooming standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.97 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations.
  • •Experience in selling to high-end, VIP clients.
  • •Strong diplomacy and verbal/organizational/interpersonal skills, including the ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations tactfully.
  • •Flexible schedule and ability to meet physical demands (standing for extended periods; lifting/moving up to 25 lbs).
