Job Summary

Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, and priority experiences to general admission concertgoers, handling sales from pitch through payment processing and fulfillment. Welcome and support VIP clients during their venue visit by checking in, escorting, and anticipating needs to ensure a great experience. Coordinate nightly VIP operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security, execute VIP setup, and use a CRM program for House of Blues VIP clientele.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and premium upgrade products and experiences on show nights.
•Handle VIP sales end-to-end, including pitch, payment processing, and experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their visit to ensure a VIP experience and guest satisfaction.
•Recognize Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP clients and build strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
•Coordinate and execute nightly VIP setup and operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security. Include occasional special events.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP nightclub operations and high-end guest relations.
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients.
•Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
•Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and maintain a flexible schedule.
