Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build training modules that teach annotators tasks clearly and efficiently for minimal hand-holding onboarding
  • •Design screening/assessment modules to reliably separate strong production performers from weaker candidates
  • •Define grading criteria and pass/fail thresholds for screening assessments and advise on scoring submissions
  • •Use production performance data to validate and continuously refine training and screening content
  • •Partner with the Data Strategy team to move toward a fully automated annotator hiring pipeline

Key Requirements
