Key Responsibilities

  • •Own physical test kit product outcomes: sourcing components, end-to-end kit design, quality, and customer experience, supporting kit variants for e-commerce and B2B partnerships.
  • •Own logistics and fulfillment: deliver kits on time and fully tracked, diagnose failures before customers raise issues, manage inventory proactively, and hold lab partners to regulatory and timing requirements.
  • •Treat customer support as the front line: equip agents with tools and authority, and ensure replacements/troubleshooting are prompt and communicated clearly.
  • •Guarantee result accuracy and on-time delivery while ensuring processes meet regulatory and internal standards with compliance built into operations.
  • •Instrument and improve operations using metrics (delivery times, lab turnaround, customer satisfaction, cost per kit), continuously eliminating bottlenecks, and develop the support team with training and guidance.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in product management, operations, logistics, or supply chain management in a physical, regulated, fast-moving environment (e.g., healthcare, biotech, hardware, or DTC).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, laboratories, and logistics partners to high performance standards.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt rapidly as priorities and conditions change.
  • •Excellent communication skills and a track record of moving cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority.
