Ion Implant Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading ion implant equipment. Troubleshoot using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, coordinating closely with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided), while collaborating with senior field service engineers for guidance.
